What can be returned?

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Not listed as a non-returnable item (see below)

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened consumables (wipes, diapers, baby food, formula)
  • Breast pumps and nursing accessories (once opened)
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Items marked as "Final sale" or "Non-returnable" on the product page
  • Downloadable digital products
Checking out as a guest? No account is required to return an item. Contact us with your order number and email address and we'll send you a return label directly.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item in most cases.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. To swap an item, return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to get the right product to you.
