Returns & refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Here's how our return process works.
What can be returned?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Not listed as a non-returnable item (see below)
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened consumables (wipes, diapers, baby food, formula)
- Breast pumps and nursing accessories (once opened)
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Items marked as "Final sale" or "Non-returnable" on the product page
- Downloadable digital products
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item in most cases.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. To swap an item, return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to get the right product to you.
