Great Impact is an online retailer of premium baby and children's products operating from Florida, United States. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Great Impact. References to "you" refer to the person using our website or placing an order.

• Inability to obtain payment authorisation

If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.

4. Pricing and payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes do not affect confirmed orders.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Florida residents are charged 6% state sales tax as required by law.
• Your card is charged at the time of order placement.

5. Shipping and delivery

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for standard shipping.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
• Free shipping applies to all orders.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

6. Returns and refunds

• You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
• Non-returnable items: opened consumables, personalised items, and final sale items.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
