Order processing
Orders placed before 12 pm EST on weekdays are typically processed and dispatched in 3 day. Orders placed after 12 pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number once it has shipped.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also log in to your account and visit My Orders to see real-time status updates.
If you checked out as a guest, please keep your order confirmation email — it contains your order number which you can use to enquire about your shipment via our Contact Us page.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. Great Impact is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately — we can often update the address before the order is dispatched.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused), we will contact you and reship at a flat fee of $9.99.
Hawaii, Alaska & US territories
We ship to Hawaii and Alaska using standard USPS/UPS services. Delivery times may be slightly longer (5–10 business days). We do not currently ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands) but are working on this.
